Why This Dumpster

Lighter equipment for residential properties.

The containers are lightweight and delivered with a pickup-and-trailer setup instead of a heavy semi-style delivery truck. Built-in tarps also make them a strong fit for properties where covered containers are required.

HOA rules vary. Customers should confirm any property or HOA requirements before delivery.

Loading Rules

Light debris only. No heavy loads.

Small incidental amounts of dirt or concrete can be okay, but these dumpsters are not designed for heavy-material jobs.
